I entered the wedding industry in 2022 after discovering a love for details when I planned my wedding & married my best friend. I feel so blessed to call other people’s best day ever my job!!

FAQ’s

  • I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured. Most couples book wedding planning and design services 12–18 months in advance & coordination 6-12 months in advance, but I’m always happy to chat about your specific timeline and see what’s possible.

  • Yes. I’m based in Buffalo, NY, and weddings located more than a 1.5-hour drive from Buffalo are subject to travel and accommodation fees. These costs will be calculated based on your wedding location and included upfront in your contract, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect.

  • The main difference is when I step in and how involved I am leading up to your wedding.

    Wedding Coordination begins 6 weeks out and is for couples who have everything planned and simply need someone to take over the final details and wedding-day execution.

    Wedding Management begins 12 weeks out and offers more hands-on support, including vendor communication, a venue walk-through, timeline creation, and additional planning guidance before the wedding day, plus full-day management with an assistant.

    In short:

    Coordination is “I’ve planned it — you make it happen.”

    Management is “I’ve planned it — you manage the moving pieces.”
