Katie was truly everything I could have asked for in a wedding coordinator and more. From the moment we met, we clicked. She brought such a positive, uplifting energy to the planning process and was always clear about the scope of her responsibilities, which made working with her incredibly easy and stress-free.
We had Katie come to our rehearsal on Friday evening. She spent about an hour walking our bridal party through everything, helping everyone feel comfortable and confident. I would highly recommend this to any couple, it made for an incredibly smooth and seamless ceremony on Saturday.
When it came to the wedding itself, Katie absolutely exceeded every expectation. She understood my vision better than I did and brought it to life flawlessly. I gave her complete creative freedom on the day of the wedding, and she embraced it with excitement, confidence, and incredible talent. The result was a wedding more beautiful than I could have imagined, truly the wedding of my dreams.

One moment that perfectly sums up Katie’s resourcefulness happened when I realized I had forgotten the name cards for our head table. Without missing a beat, she created the most beautiful place cards using nothing more than printer paper and a basic pen. They looked amazing and completely saved the day.
Katie and her husband make a wonderful team, and I feel so lucky to have had them as part of my wedding day. Their dedication, enthusiasm, and genuine care were evident in everything they did.

Working with Katie equaled worry-free peace of mind during the week leading up to and day of my wedding. During reception set up, I just had to describe my vision for tablescapes once, and she was able to execute better than what I was imagining. She also went the extra mile and arranged my bouquet the night before the wedding, as we were planning to DIY the bouquets.
Katie’s attention to detail and natural eye for aesthetics makes her the perfect choice to either coordinate, plan assist decorating, or help design. She puts in the extra work and isn’t afraid to speak or redo/tweak things until they’re perfect. Plus she’s super fun;) brings the vibes but gets the work done.
Shes also a package deal! Michael also came with her and assisted my family with different jobs and clean up activities throughout the day. Made the experience smoother for them.

My circumstances changed a few months before the wedding, when I was fortunate enough to connect with Katie. The moment Katie took the reins, I could feel the stress leave my shoulders. Despite the whirlwind that wedding planning typically is, Katie ensured that my experiences were nothing short of amazing. I remember when the stress got overwhelming, she took my hands and reminded me to take deep breaths and savour the process.
One of Katie's unique skills was her ability to understand that amidst the wedding day whirlwind, my husband and I needed moments alone to take in the gravity of our commitment and to simply enjoy each other's company. She made sure we had that time to share together, safeguarding our privacy amidst the crowd.Her thoughtfulness was also evident when she made sure the venue set aside appetizers for us. As any couple would attest, finding a moment to eat during your own wedding can be a challenge. But, thanks to Katie, we had a private feast, a much-needed break that allowed us to replenish our energies and savour our own wedding menu. I was so touched that she understood how needed this was, and I watched as she ran back and forth, making sure they got it to us in time.
Katie's adaptability also shone through when she spontaneously took charge of leading our rehearsal dinner. Despite not being part of her initial responsibilities, she navigated this with finesse. Also, the morning of my wedding was a total nightmare, and we were so behind due to another vendor. Katie made sure I got the pictures I wanted and changed the schedule at the last minute to accommodate my needs and vision for the wedding day. One more experience that just shows how amazing Katie is was that just as my sister-in-law was about to walk down the aisle, her baby spit up on himself. But Katie, ever the problem-solver, sprang into action. Without a moment's hesitation, she used her own beautiful outfit to clean up the baby, ensuring my sister-in-law could walk down the aisle with grace. It was a moment that epitomized Katie's dedication to making sure every aspect of our wedding was perfect.
Katie was the perfect blend of professionalism and personal touch. Her passion for weddings and the ability to immerse herself in understanding and actualizing our vision was remarkable. I also noticed how thoughtful she was, like setting aside appetizers for us or ensuring we had private moments, went above and beyond the typical duties of a wedding planner.
